Pascal CROISSANT has extensive experience in site management and industrial operations, currently serving as Directeur de site at BAUD Industries since June 2020, overseeing two machining companies with a focus on QHSE, supply chain, production, and maintenance. Prior to this role, Pascal CROISSANT held various senior positions at NTN-SNR from 1999 to 2020, including the management of a large automotive and railway bearing production site and a successful transformation project at an Italian facility. Pascal CROISSANT's career began as an Ingénieur projets at Isoroy, where significant productivity improvements were achieved in adhesive applications. Pascal CROISSANT holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Chemistry from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen.
