Marvin Austria is a civil engineer with a robust background in various engineering roles, currently serving as Tender & Engineering Manager at BAUER Group since August 2020. Prior to this position, Marvin held multiple titles including Lead Engineer in Soil Improvement and Project In Charge. Earlier experience includes positions as Deputy Project Manager and Geotechnical and Foundations Engineer at Pacific Concrete Products, Inc., as well as Project Monitoring & Estimating Engineer at Bright Homes & Realty Corporation, and Field Engineer at Makati Development Corporation.
