Chelsea Schneider

Chelsea Schneider, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bauer Built Inc. since November 2021. Schneider has a robust background in human resources, having held various leadership roles including Human Resources Director and Senior HR Manager at CURT Group from 2016 to 2021, and Human Resources/Safety Manager at Clearwater Paper Corporation between 2012 and 2016. Previous experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Kuss Filtration and Titan Air Inc., as well as Human Resources/Safety Manager at J&D Manufacturing. The career began as a Teller at Royal Credit Union from 2004 to 2007. Schneider holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Globe University and a degree in Organizational Communication and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
