Andy Schilling has extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, currently serving as Team Leader for Commercial projects at Bauer Design Build since May 2020, after a successful tenure as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Prior to this role, Andy worked at Paradigm Construction from December 2011 to May 2020 as a Project Manager, where responsibilities included performing take-offs, preparing estimates, and overseeing project budgets while maintaining communication with owners. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University, earned between 2004 and 2009.
