Bill Bower

Bill Bower has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Bill began their career as a Small Business Lending Officer at the Savings Bank of Utica in 1992, where they provided financing options to business partners and utilized their background in financial and cash flow analysis. From 2002 to 2011, they worked at Briggs & Stratton Power Products Group as the Director of Commercial Marketing, overseeing marketing, advertising, and PR efforts for their commercial branded product lines. Bill then moved on to Briggs & Stratton as a Special Project Manager, where they excelled in special project planning, administration of the commercial division and sales team, corporate event planning, trade shows, and customer relationship building. Currently, they are employed at Pathfinder Bank as the Vice President - Business Development Officer, a role they have held since 2018.
