Nate Gebert is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in multi-unit residential development, currently leading projects at Bauer Design Build since October 2020. Previously, Nate served as Senior Project Manager at Mandel Group, Inc. from July 2015 to July 2020, where responsibilities included Owner's Representative and Project Management for notable projects such as Chiswick Apartments and Aurora Health Center. Early career roles included Project Manager positions at Miron Construction Co., Inc. and Gilbane Building Company, overseeing a range of public, corporate, and institutional projects. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
