Anja Frazier

Anja Frazier has extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly in equipment financing. Anja currently serves as the CEO of Bauer Financial Services Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BAUER Equipment America from 2012, initially as the Director of Financial Services and later handling equipment and project financing. Anja provided tailored financing solutions to customers and established relationships with key lenders in the industry. Before joining BAUER Equipment America, Anja worked at SCG Capital as a Vice President, where they structured and priced operating leases for various types of capital equipment and developed relationships with Fortune 500 companies and hospitals. Anja also worked at SL Financial Services as an AVP Sales Manager, where they established vendor programs and advised on finance programs for capital equipment. Anja started their career as an International Area Manager at SuedLeasing GmbH in Germany.

Anja Frazier attended Fachhochschule Reutlingen from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree equivalent to an MBA. During their time at the institution, they focused on studying export management, international marketing, international business, and international controlling.
