Joseph Rodriguez is a skilled design engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently employed at BAUER Equipment America since April 2021, focusing on engineering continuous improvements and innovation initiatives for drilling equipment. Previously, Joseph worked as a piping designer at S & B Engineers and Constructors, where responsibilities included designing piping for a major fractionator project. Joseph also held roles as a senior designer at DXP Enterprises, Inc., Schlumberger, National Oilwell Varco, and Nabors Industries, specializing in the design and testing of various oilfield technologies and drilling equipment. Joseph began a career as a drafter/designer at Baker Hughes, honing skills in drawing, design, and testing of completion tools. Joseph holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute and is currently furthering education at Houston Community College.
