Cecil Nichols (Joe)

Cecil "Joe" Nichols is a highly experienced civil engineer and construction manager, currently serving as Managing Partner at Clinton Engineering and Surveying, LLC since January 2018. Since July 2012, Nichols has also been a Project Manager at Bauer Foundation Corp., overseeing various specialty foundation construction projects ranging from $2M to $10M across the eastern United States, including management of a significant $100MM Foundation Remediation Barrier Wall Project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Additionally, Nichols operates as a Consultant Structural Engineer for Nichols Consulting, focusing on foundation and retaining wall designs. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Heritage Construction, LLC, and management positions with Highways, Inc., Grading and Paving, and Jones Brothers, Inc. Joe Nichols holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
