Matt Hayes

Matt Hayes is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the sports and retail industries. Currently serving as the US Sales Manager for Bauer Hockey since 2005, Matt Hayes manages a team of 25 independent sales professionals, focusing on motivating and evaluating sales efforts for retail and institutional accounts. Prior to this role, Matt Hayes worked at Nike, Inc. as a Key Account Manager, where responsibilities included servicing key accounts across New England and collaborating with professional sports organizations. Earlier in Matt Hayes' career, as an Outside Sales Representative for CCM Hockey, coverage included Northern New England for a variety of retail and NCAA ice hockey teams. Matt Hayes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College and has completed undergraduate coursework in marketing at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, following their education at New Hampton Prep.
