Teemu S. Korhonen

Teemu S. Korhonen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the broadcasting and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Bauer Media Audio – Sverige since September 2016, Teemu oversees the distribution and transmission network for Sweden's largest commercial broadcast operator, managing a vast network of over 500 FM and DAB+ transmitters. Previous roles include System Engineer and Project Manager at Combitech AB, and Transmission Manager at SBS Discovery Radio, where responsibilities encompassed managing nationwide FM broadcast transmitters. Teemu has also held key technical positions at Teracom AB, focusing on public service radio contributions and infrastructure systems, as well as engaging in signal intelligence at the Foreign Radio Agency. Education was pursued at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where Teemu studied from 2006 to 2012.
