Gillian Shaw is the Head of Partnerships at Bauer Media Group - Academy since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in media and sales. Previously at Bauer Media from August 2006 to July 2022, Gillian held various roles including Group Client Lead, where responsibilities included identifying revenue growth opportunities and directing bespoke account management strategies for key clients. As Sales Controller for TV Creative Solutions, Gillian executed strategies for the BOX Plus TV network, contributing to the achievement of overall sales goals. Other notable positions include Account Director for TV Creative Solutions and Agency Account Manager, focusing on creative led packages and integrated radio sales solutions. Gillian's career in broadcasting began at Scottish Radio Holdings/EMAP as a Radio Planner/Sales Executive.
