Alessia Corsi

Alessia Corsi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Acquisition & People Development at Bauli Group since September 2019, where responsibilities include employer branding, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. Prior to this role, Alessia worked at Eni as HR Recruiting from September 2017 to September 2019, focusing on various aspects of the recruitment process including CV screening and assessment centers. Alessia's early career included internships in HR recruiting and training at AIA S.p.A. and GSK. In terms of education, Alessia is currently pursuing an HR Executive Advanced Master at 24ORE Business School, having previously studied at Università degli Studi di Padova and the University of Helsinki, obtaining a Laurea triennale in psychological and social work sciences. Additionally, a high school diploma was earned from Liceo scientifico Galileo Galilei in Verona.
