Davide Coruzzi

Davide Coruzzi is an accomplished R&D professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as R&D Category Manager at Bauli Group since July 2025, Davide previously held the position of R&D Manager at BALOCCO SPA INDUSTRIA DOLCIARIA from February 2020 to July 2025. Davide's career at Bauli Group began in May 2016, where Davide first worked as R&D Category Manager for Biscotti, Sostituti del pane e Merendine colate, and later as a Product Development Technologist. From January 2001 to April 2016, Davide was associated with The Kraft Heinz Company, taking on various roles, including Product Development Technologist and Dry Area Coordinator for the R&D pilot plant.
