Enrico Mangano

Enrico Mangano has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Natural Leavened Product & Confectionery R&D Manager at Bauli Group since July 2003, where previous roles included Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Tecnologo di gruppo. Prior to this, Enrico worked as a Ricercatore at Nestlé from September 2002 to June 2003. Enrico holds a degree in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari from Università degli Studi di Milano, obtained between 1993 and 2002.
