Rocco Falotico

Rocco Falotico has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. From 2021 to the present, they have been the Head of Production at BAUMANN Group, where they also served as a Production Manager from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Lone Wolf Resources, LLC from 2019 to 2021. Rocco also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Entrepreneur of Flamingos Mexican Restaurant from 2017 to 2019.

However, the most notable part of Rocco's work history is their extensive experience at RECARO Aircraft Seating, where they held various managerial roles from 1998 to 2017. Rocco started as a Test Seat Department Supervisor and progressed to become a Manager in various departments, including Production, Metal Pre-Production, and Production Planning & Field Support. During their time at RECARO, Rocco demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and accomplishments, such as optimizing assembly lines, improving efficiency through Lean principles, reducing downtime, and implementing initiatives for paper waste reduction. Rocco was also responsible for ensuring product compliance with industry regulations and resolving customer concerns. Additionally, Rocco developed an industry-leading training program for new hires and continued training.

Rocco Falotico has a Certified Industrial Master degree with a specialization in Metal Fabrication from the Industrie und Handelkammer Heilbronn (IHK) in Heilbronn, Germany. Rocco obtained this degree in 1997. Additionally, they have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) certification which they obtained from RECARO Aircraft Seating in November 2016.
