Wallace Shi

Wallace Shi has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles within the BAUMANN Group and Baumann Springs (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Wallace started their career in 2005 as a Sales Engineer for KONE. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Baumann Springs (Shanghai) Co., Ltd as a Sales Executive and later as a Sales Manager. In 2012, they joined BAUMANN SPRINGS (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as the Head of Sales China for the Business Unit Contact Elements. Wallace then progressed to become the Global Team Leader HV/MV Sales from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Sales Market Unit Contact Elements at BAUMANN Group.

Wallace Shi obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Shanghai University of Engineering Science from the year 1999 to 2003.
