Nicholas Spadaro has a Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Frostburg State University, obtained from 2008 to 2012. In 2018, they also received a USCG Master license from the Community College of Baltimore County. In 2021, they completed training programs in HIPPA Privacy and Security Basics, Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness, and Dale Carnegie Training.
