Nicholas Spadaro

Nicholas Spadaro has extensive experience in sales and account management roles. Nicholas currently holds the position of Senior Director of Channel Sales at BaumTech. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at Arreva. Before their role at Arreva, Spadaro was a National Sales Representative at DonorSearch, where they managed and developed accounts in the nonprofit sector. Nicholas also has experience as an Account Representative at What's Up? Media and The Baltimore Sun Media Group. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Representative at Global Marketing Concepts and held various roles at the Severna Park Community Center, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association, and Naval Submarine Base.

Nicholas Spadaro has a Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Frostburg State University, obtained from 2008 to 2012. In 2018, they also received a USCG Master license from the Community College of Baltimore County. In 2021, they completed training programs in HIPPA Privacy and Security Basics, Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness, and Dale Carnegie Training.
