Eugen Staerkle

Eugen Staerkle is an Information Technology Support Engineer at Baur au Lac since October 2021. Previously, Eugen worked at Travelport for over three decades in roles such as Senior Technical Support Specialist and System Administrator. Eugen has experience in guaranteeing availability of critical applications, managing external projects, and providing technical support to customers. Additionally, Eugen has served as an Account Manager for customers in the German and French part of Switzerland, handling product consultations, order management, and after-sales support. Staerkle holds a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from EHL and a VMware vSphere certification from VMware IT Academy.
