Technology, Customisation and AI: Italian Excellence in Extrusion
With 80 years of industrial history, Bausano designs intelligent extrusion lines for the high-precision production of pipes, profiles, compounds, medical products, recycling and regranulation applications.

Each plant is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy through a vertically integrated process that combines engineering, mechanical machining, assembly and testing. This approach allows Bausano to ensure consistent quality, reliable lead times and a high level of customisation, with screws, barrels and key components tailor-made for each application.

Bausano lines are configured according to the material to be processed, the required output and the operating conditions, adapting every section of the plant: from the extrusion die to calibration, cooling, haul-off and dosing systems.

Compatible with a wide range of thermoplastic polymers, including PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP, WPC, TPE, TPU, ABS, complex blends and regenerated materials, Bausano plants integrate advanced sensors, digital interfaces and artificial intelligence to monitor real-time data, improve traceability, anticipate anomalies and keep the extrusion process under full control.

Choosing Bausano means relying on solid, innovative and entirely Made in Italy technology, designed to support customers in the challenges of plastics processing, today and tomorrow.
