David Goldberger

David Goldberger possesses extensive experience in regulatory affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this role, David held the position of Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Anavex Life Sciences from October 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading all regulatory activities and contributing to senior management. David's prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from April 2009 to December 2020, overseeing multiple therapeutic areas such as CNS, Cardio Renal, and Oncology, along with regulating labeling and CMC. David also has a foundational background in regulatory affairs with earlier roles in the same field at Otsuka and at Rutgers University.
