Doreen Szeflinski

Doreen Szeflinski is an accomplished executive assistant with extensive experience supporting senior leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since March 2022, Doreen previously held the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at Hayward Holdings, Inc. from December 2018 to March 2022. Prior to these roles, Doreen was a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant at Bloomberg for over 17 years, where responsibilities included project management, budgeting, and developing a Law Library inventory database. Doreen also served as Team Leader in the Profiles Department at Bloomberg, managing team operations and recruitment. Early in the career, Doreen provided executive support to the General Manager and Senior Vice President at CA Technologies, where interactions with C-suite executives were routine. Doreen holds an education from Delaware Valley University.
