Kathy Batsas

Kathy Batsas is an experienced sales and training professional with a background in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Ontario at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since April 2016, Kathy has a strong history of leadership and performance management across various sales teams. Previous roles include Training Manager at Baxter International Inc., where Kathy spearheaded initiatives for Salesforce Excellence and developed training programs for sales representatives, and Wound & Skin Care Territory Manager at Coloplast. At Janssen-Ortho, Kathy was a Regional Business Manager responsible for budget management and sales forecasting. Additionally, Kathy held multiple positions at GlaxoSmithKline, including Performance Enhancement Designer and CHE Manager, where responsibilities included designing learning programs for sales knowledge and developing regional plans for the Respiratory business. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University.
