Krystian Morańda

Krystian Morańda has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning over 20 years. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Polfa Kraków S.A. In 1998, they became the Production Manager at the Solid Dosage Form Department at Pliva Kraków S.A. Krystian later served as the Head of Quality Control at Pliva Kraków S.A. from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Teva Operations Poland as a Qualified Person. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Manager of Monitoring and Control Department in National Health Institute at Małopolski Oddział Wojewódzki Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia. Krystian then moved on to Bausch Health, where they held the position of Quality Assurance Manager and Wholesale Manager, responsible for QP and RP roles from 2015 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Valeant Pharmaceuticals as the Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for QP and Wholesale Manager roles. Krystian later became the Head of QA EMEA, RP, QP for Bausch Health Poland before taking on the role of Director of Quality Assurance EMEA, QP, RP at Bausch Health Companies Inc. in 2023. Throughout their career, Krystian Morańda has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of quality assurance, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, non-conformance investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Krystian Morańda attended Jagiellonian University from 2013 to 2014, studying Law. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued a degree in Quality Management at AGH University of Krakow. In 2006, they obtained an MBA in General Management from National Louis University. Krystian completed their Master's degree in the Pharmaceutical Department of Jagiellonian University from 1987 to 1993.
