Steve Carter

Steve Carter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and market access across the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts-Federal Markets at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since April 2018, Steve leads the national selling and contracting strategies for Federal Accounts. Prior to this, Steve had a long tenure at AstraZeneca from December 1990 to February 2017, holding various leadership positions including Sr. Director of Market Access & Patient Strategies for the South Central Region and Senior National Account Director for the Department of Defense. Early career roles include Vice President/General Manager at Grecian Marble Company and Sports Director at KNOR Radio. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
