Terry York

Terry York, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1989, they worked as a National Account Manager at Valspar until 1996. From there, they joined Novartis and held various positions including District Manager/Territory Manager, Hospital Account Manager in the Cystic Fibrosis Division, and Respiratory Key Account Manager. In these roles, Terry was responsible for launching products, collaborating with healthcare institutions to improve patient care, establishing health system access and sales support programs, and supporting national CF programs. Terry also worked with cross-functional teams and supported sales activities. Most recently, Terry joined Bausch Health Companies Inc. as the Director of Institutional Accounts in 2023.

Terry York, MBA holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa. In 2011, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Kaplan University, specializing in Business. In 2019, Terry obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification in Process Management from Emory University.
