Tracey Fama

Tracey Fama is a seasoned professional in ethics and compliance, specifically within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Director of Ethics & Compliance Programs at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since April 2022, Tracey oversees the Data Privacy and Protection Program and manages Global Ethics and Compliance initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Healthcare Compliance at Terumo Medical Corporation, where responsibilities involved corporate compliance program management, and Ethics & Compliance Manager at GSK, focusing on commercial operations in the US and Puerto Rico. Tracey has also held compliance leadership positions at G & M Health LLC, Ashfield Healthcare, and Pharmagistics, managing compliance programs and ensuring adherence to regulations such as PDMA and PhRMA Code Guidelines.
