Will Woodfield has an extensive work experience spanning several organizations. Will began their career as a Volunteer with the Peace Corps from 1998 to 2001. Will then worked as a Program Analyst at the US Department of Agriculture from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they gained experience in investment banking, serving as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Stifel Nicolaus in 2006 and an Investment Banking Associate at RBC Capital Markets from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, Will joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Manager in the Capital Markets Treasury team. Will later held roles as an Associate Director in Capital Markets Treasury and Pension & Savings Investment Management. Will then transitioned to Valeant Pharmaceuticals in 2013, where they initially served as a Director in Capital Markets Treasury before being promoted to Senior Director. Will remained at Valeant Pharmaceuticals until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Will held various positions at Bausch Health Companies Inc., including Vice President and Treasurer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer, and Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Head of Global Financial Planning and Analysis.

Throughout their career, Will has demonstrated expertise in treasury management, capital markets, and financial planning and analysis.

Will Woodfield earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Economics from Williams College in 1998. Will continued their education at The Wharton School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from 2005 to 2007.
