Calvin Lee

Calvin Lee is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT operations and strategic initiatives across leading organizations. Currently serving as Senior IT Manager and Head of ERP COE for Asia Pacific at Bausch Health since January 2011, Calvin has played a key role in transitioning the company to a global operating model and optimizing IT investments for standardized business-critical capabilities. Previously, as Regional IT Manager at Abbott Laboratories from November 2009 to December 2010, Calvin focused on enhancing communication within the global IT organization to streamline processes and eliminate redundancy. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Manager at 3M from 2007 to 2009, where Calvin provided leadership in establishing strategic IT directions and aligning IT operations with corporate goals. Calvin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, completed between 2015 and 2017.
