Joerg Kreutz

Joerg Kreutz has extensive experience in credit risk management and analysis within the commercial real estate sector, most recently serving as an Expert at Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall since March 2022. Prior roles include Head of Credit Risk Commercial Real Estate and Senior Credit Adviser at Oldenburgische Landesbank AG, where responsibilities encompassed managing commercial real estate loans and corporate loans across multiple countries. Joerg also held positions at Commerzbank International SA, Hypothekenbank Frankfurt AG, Eurohypo AG, and Deutsche Bank, where roles varied from credit specialist to director, with a strong focus on evaluating and approving credit applications and loan documentation. Joerg holds a Diplom Kaufmann from the University of Cologne.
