Maurizio Piredda

Maurizio Piredda has a long and varied work experience. In 2003, they founded and managed Sardegna RC, a community that connected Sardinian people who love RC models. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Visiting Student (marketing office) at The HEINEKEN Company. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Edil Mi.Ro. Srl and as a Marketing Manager at 2M Distribuzioni. In 2015, they also worked as a Fleet Management Assistant for Regional Logistics at Fradelloni Trasporti SpA. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Startup Mentor at InnovAction Lab, and from 2017 to 2019, they were a Startup Mentor at Sardegna2050. In 2019, they worked as a Financial Advisor. Since 2021, they have been the CFO and Co-Founder of Optivo Logistics, a transport management software designed to match the specific needs of companies operating in the world of logistics and transport. Additionally, they are the CEO and Co-Founder of Bautiful Srl, a startup that helps pet-owners to connect with their pets even when they are not together.

Maurizio Piredda began their education in 2003 at Istituto tecnico Attilio Deffenu, where they obtained a degree in Ragioniere e perito commerciale, with a field of study in Economia aziendale. In 2008, they received a degree in Economia from Università degli Studi di Cagliari. From 2010 to 2011, they were part of a project for the relaunch of Jennas, sponsored by Heineken Italia, and won the Premio Ichnusa, a marketing competition. In 2014, they returned to Università degli Studi di Cagliari and completed a program in International Management. From 2015 to 2016, they participated in the Contamination Lab program, and from 2016 to 2017, they were part of the InnovAction Lab incubation program and the Contamination Up startup incubation program. In 2019, they attended Startup School Online, an online acceleration program by Y Combinator, and Expert Dojo, an international acceleration program. Maurizio also visited Fremont College and completed the Dale Carnegie Sales Training. In 2020, they began a program at Dock3 - The Startup Lab.
