Andrew Clare

Andrew Clare has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew currently works as the Head of Products at Bauwerk Group since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Segment and Head of Product Management and R&D at Sunparadise AG from March 2016 to June 2022. Andrew also has experience as a Managing Director at Nanosol AG, a Product Manager at Sulzer Mixpac Ltd., and VAT Group, and a Product Development Manager at Umicore. Andrew began their career as an Application Engineer at Oerlikon and later worked as a Konstrukteur at the same company.

Andrew Clare began their education in 1993 at Berufs- und Weiterbildungszentrum Buchs Sargans, where they studied Maschinenbauzeichner. Andrew completed this program in 1997. In 1999, Andrew enrolled at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, majoring in Maschinenbau. Andrew obtained their Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) in 2003. Later, in 2014, Andrew attended The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur, specializing in New Business Development and earning an Executive MBA in 2015.
