Austin Lambe, the new Head of Student Wellbeing and Community Welfare, comes to BIS from the San Francisco Bay Area. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Austin was educated in both Ireland and the USA. He has been working with special needs students, students needing Mental Health services as well as providing Multi Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) in general education for more than 30 years. He is a nationally board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a certified parent trainer. He enjoys the outdoors, loves sailing and hiking as well as traveling and reading. Austin is joined by his wife Anja, and daughters Anika and Tonie.
