Charlotte Kehlet Godt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Charlotte is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Bavarian Nordic, a fully integrated vaccines company. In this role, they are involved in the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of life-saving vaccines.

Prior to this, Charlotte worked as a Senior Global Recruiter at Cobham Satcom. Here, they were responsible for developing a new Recruitment Service/function and supporting entities in finding and selecting specialists and managers.

Charlotte also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at DXC Technology Nordics and Eastern Europe, where they were responsible for over 70 recruitments and all research activities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Charlotte built all the recruitment processes from scratch.

Charlotte has also worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at EG A/S, where they were responsible for over 50 recruitments and all research activities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Charlotte handled talent attraction activities/strategies and external partner agreements.

Before these roles, they worked at People & Performance A/S as a Senior Consultant/Senior Researcher, where they conducted search and selection/headhunting activities for clients in various industries.

Charlotte also gained experience as a Headhunter/Researcher at Business Recruiting, where they were responsible for building internal processes and the company structure.

In addition, Charlotte worked as a Consultant at Business Danmark and as an Information Consultant at Ericsson.

Early in their career, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Mercuri International.

Throughout their career, Charlotte has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment process development, research, and selection. Charlotte has worked across multiple countries and industries, showcasing their versatility and adaptability.

Charlotte Kehlet Godt completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Communications from Niels Brock between 1993 and 1996. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including People Test Team from People Test Systems A/S in 2022, Everything DiSC, Personality & Team profile from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2015, Hogan Assessment Systems from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2011, and People Test Logik & People Test Person from People Test Systems A/S in 2010.
