Dorian Smith, RN, OCN has over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Dorian began their nursing career at Duke University Health System, where they worked as a Registered Nurse from June 2004 to June 2006. Throughout their career, Dorian has demonstrated expertise in clinical safety, pharmacovigilance, and medical communications.

Dorian Smith, RN, OCN started their education with a high school diploma from Myers Park High School in Charlotte, North Carolina in 1999. Dorian then pursued undergraduate studies with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences at the College of Charleston from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they briefly attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for Pre-Nursing Studies. Dorian completed their nursing education at the Watts School of Nursing from 2002 to 2004, obtaining a degree in Registered Nursing.
