Currently serving as the Head of Legal and Compliance for North America at Bavarian Nordic, Elizabeth previously held the position of General Counsel at Genome Medical, where responsibilities included overseeing legal and compliance functions during significant growth and providing strategic counsel on HIPAA, privacy, and digital health regulations. With a solid background as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Flatiron Health, and Associate General Counsel at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Elizabeth has navigated complex legal issues, managed litigation, and spearheaded intellectual property strategies. Elizabeth's earlier roles include leadership positions at Relypsa, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Sutter Health, and Saint Barnabas Health Care, where a focus on compliance, training, and regulatory adherence was paramount.
