Jesper Kisling

Jesper Kisling has a career spanning several companies, with their most recent position being at Bavarian Nordic as an IT Application and Data Manager. In this role, they were responsible for Application and Data architecture, as well as managing and implementing IT Application Strategy. Prior to their role at Bavarian Nordic, Jesper worked at LEO Pharma A/S for over two decades, holding various positions within IT management. Jesper served as the Director of IT Advisory, leading a team of IT business partners and Enterprise architects, implementing an IT demand process and prioritizing discussions with senior LoB managers. Jesper also served as the Department Manager of IT Solutions & Development I, leading a team of up to 20 people and overseeing system management teams for various departments. Additional roles at LEO Pharma A/S included being a Department Manager of IT Business Development, an IT Project Manager for a major ERP upgrade, and a Department Manager for Business Development. Throughout their career, Jesper has demonstrated expertise in project management, application strategy, system management, and IT demand portfolio prioritization.

Jesper Kisling completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Production Technology from Ingeniør højskolen Københavns teknikum (IHK) from 1991 to 1994. Jesper then pursued a Diploma of Leadership in Business Administration and Management, General from DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, in 2010 and 2011, they attended IMD for a program in Growing LEO Leadership.
