Kay Stendevad

Kay Stendevad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2022 to present, they served as the Senior Director and Head of Business Development at Bavarian Nordic. In 2021, they joined VentriJect as a Board Member, focusing on VO2-max estimation. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2021, Kay worked as an Independent Executive Advisor at Kay Stendevad Consulting.

From 2009 to 2020, they held various senior positions at GN Hearing A/S, including Senior Director and Head of the corporate "Accelerate" Customer Partnership Program, Senior Director of Business Development and Program Management in APAC and Europe Sales, and Director of Program Management for corporate restructuring and profitability improvement programs.

Before their tenure at GN Hearing A/S, Kay worked as an Independent Executive Advisor at Kay Stendevad Consulting from 2008 to 2009. From 1997 to 2008, they held multiple roles at NNE A/S, including Director of Business Development, General Manager of NNE Sweden AB, and Director of Marketing and front-end consulting and engineering services. Kay also worked as a Department Manager at NNE A/S from 1997 to 2002.

Kay's early career includes roles as an Assistant Project Manager at Novo Nordisk Pharma Ltd, Japan in 1997, a Logistics Consultant at NNE A/S from 1995 to 1997, and a Management Consultant at Jens Bisballe Planlægning A/S from 1991 to 1995.

Kay Stendevad obtained a Master's Degree from DTU - Technical University of Denmark between 1984 and 1991. In 2000, Stendevad attended INSEAD for Executive Education in General Management. Before that, between 1973 and 1984, Stendevad received a European Baccalaureate from the European School in Brussels (Uccle), Belgium.
