Dr. Andreas Putz

Dr. Andreas Putz has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2003 as Legal & Regulatory at T-Mobile Austria. Dr. Andreas then worked as the Management Secretariat at Raiffeisen Bank International from 2006 to 2007. From 2008 to 2017, they were with Strategy& | Booz & Co. | Booz Allen Hamilton, where they progressed from Associate to Partner / Geschäftsführer. In 2019, they joined SÜDWESTBANK - BAWAG AG Niederlassung Deutschland as the CFO (Generalbevollmächtigter) and later became the Branch Manager. In 2020, they took on various roles, including Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Health AG and Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee & Member of the Supervisory Board at start:bausparkasse AG. In 2017, they joined BAWAG Group, where they served as CFO & Head of Transformation Germany & Switzerland until 2020. Dr. Andreas then became the Chief of Staff and later the Managing Director Retail Operations & Analytics. Finally, in 2021, they joined BAWAG P.S.K. Versicherung AG, where they currently serve as a Member of the Management Board.

Dr. Andreas Putz has a diverse education history. Dr. Andreas began their academic journey in 1996 at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, where they obtained a Magister degree in Rechtswissenschaften (Law) in 2001. In the pursuit of further specialization, they enrolled at the University of Vienna in 2001 and completed their Dr. degree in Rechtswissenschaften / Law in 2003. During this period, they also attended the University of Vienna, where they earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on IT & Telecom Law in 2003. Additionally, in the year 2000, they participated in an exchange program at The University of Hong Kong, where they studied law.
