Martin Rezac

Martin Rezac has extensive experience in international business development and reporting within the finance sector, currently serving at BAWAG Group since November 2008. In this role, Martin focuses on expanding international business opportunities across various asset classes, implementing processes for new ventures, and overseeing comprehensive reporting from deal closure to finance. Previous positions held include Managing Director at E2E Services GmbH and Head of Mid Office and Loan Services for syndicated loans, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, deal administration, and portfolio management. Prior to joining BAWAG, Martin worked at UniCredit Bank Austria AG in Retail Business Operations, drafting legal documents for customer loans and participating in IT-related projects. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Financial Management Services from FH Wien.
