Nikita Tschursin

Nikita Tschursin has extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial and consulting sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at BAWAG Group since April 2018. Prior to this, Nikita worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2014 to 2018 and held a position in Cyber Security and Risk at PwC between 2011 and 2014. Nikita's career also includes experience in Transition Management at IBM and technical roles at The Simulator Center KSG|GfS. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, participation in the ERASMUS Programme at UCL focusing on Computer Science and Management Science and Innovation, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
