Rebecca Kiechl

Rebecca Kiechl is a skilled product designer and scrum master at BAWAG Group, specializing in UX principles to enhance banking products since January 2022. Previous experience includes working as a UX Designer at The ArtsSeen, a start-up in Sacramento, CA, and short-term UX design roles at boomerank and mySugr GmbH. Prior to these positions, Rebecca served as a native speaker teacher at NMS Kinzerplatz, where large group management, conflict resolution, and constructive feedback were key responsibilities. Additional experience entails visual merchandising at Forever 21 and development coordination at the Acadiana Center for the Arts, focusing on grant proposal management and donor prospect identification.
