Andika Pradestira

Andika Pradestira has extensive experience in the field of engineering. Andika began their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Holiday Inn Express in 2014 and worked there until 2016. Andika then joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Technical Engineer, where they stayed until 2021. Andika then moved to Langham Hospitality Group, initially starting as a Duty Engineer in 2021. Andika was later promoted to Assistant Engineering Manager in 2022 and finally became an Assistant Director of Engineering in 2023. Andika's most recent position is as the Chief Engineer at Bawah Reserve, where they started in August 2023.

Andika Pradestira completed their education from 2003 to 2007 at Sekolah Teknologi Pembangunan Jakarta, where they received a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Teknik Elektro dan Listrik. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications. These include the Certification of Fire Fighting Team from the Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia, obtained in December 2020. Andika also holds certifications such as Manage a Safe Hotel, Code of Conduct Anti-Bribery, Manage Fire Safety at IHG, and General Fire Training, all obtained in 2015. Moreover, Andika was recognized as the Best Employee of the Month at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta in July 2017.
