Jessie Flores

Jessie Flores is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in process engineering and operations project management. Currently serving as Process Engineering Manager and Sr. Operation Project Manager at Takeda since January 2019, Jessie has also held significant roles at Shire and Baxalta as Sr. Operations Project Manager and Principal Production Engineer, respectively. With a solid foundation from Baxter International Inc. as Principal Production Engineer and a prior role at GE as Production Supervisor 6, Jessie has effectively managed production operations, contributed to business growth, and led lean manufacturing projects. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
