Caroline Allen

Caroline Allen is an experienced financial leader currently serving as the Head of Finance for UK Operations & Supply Chain at Baxi Heating since December 2021. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Finance Director at Pipeline Induction Heat from November 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing financial direction and collaborating with management to shape business strategy for the oil and gas industry. Caroline's background includes roles as Finance Manager at Nippon Electric Glass and PPG Industries, focusing on financial planning and control, as well as financial analysis and reporting across various manufacturing sites. Caroline began a finance career at NSG Pilkington, progressing through several positions including Project Analyst and Finance Manager for different sectors. Caroline earned a BA Hons in Law & Accounting from The University of Manchester between 2001 and 2005.
