Paul Haynes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and business development within the heating, technology, and consumer electronics sectors. Currently serving as the Product & Solutions Director at BAXI since February 2023, Paul previously held key roles at Ring as B2B Sales Lead for Europe, Google as Head of Industry Partnerships for EMEA, and Nest Labs as Head of Pro for EMEA, where responsibilities included scaling professional channels and driving growth. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at BDR Thermea and Baxi, where Paul focused on business unit establishment and market analysis.
