Janice Noeldner P.e.

Janice Noeldner, P.E. is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Department Manager and Senior Project Manager at Baxter & Woodman since September 2020, where previous roles included Project Manager and Project Engineer. Prior to this position, Janice worked as a Project Engineer and Graduate Engineer at AEI Engineering, a Baxter & Woodman Company, from February 2015 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes an internship in aviation at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. and an engineering internship with the City of Florissant. Janice earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Architectural Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, completing the degree in 2014 after attending Rosati-Kain High School from 2006 to 2010.
