Mark Kolczaski

Mark Kolczaski is an accomplished Infrastructure Department Manager and Senior Project Manager at Baxter & Woodman, with experience spanning from June 1988 to the present. Expertise encompasses infrastructure design and planning for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main construction, with notable projects including sanitary sewer evaluation studies, system rehabilitation, wastewater lift stations, and trenchless construction. Additionally, Mark has contributed as a committee member for the Central States Water Environment Association / Wisconsin Wastewater Operators Association Collection System Seminar from January 2006 to October 2023. Education includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and attendance at Illinois Valley Community College.
