Aftab Alam

Aftab Alam, MD MBA, is a Senior Director of Global Clinical Research for Infusion Therapies and Technologies at Baxter International, Inc., where they lead clinical strategy for the Medication Delivery business. Previously, Aftab held leadership roles in clinical development and medical affairs at Dr. Reddy's/Promius Pharma, focusing on neurology, dermatology, and medical devices. With a clinical background in General and Thoracic surgery, Aftab completed an MBA at Kellogg and has over ten years of experience in strategy, program management, and clinical development. They have successfully managed numerous high-impact projects, including the out-licensing of a surgical site infection asset and the planning of a landmark migraine population study.
