Akshay Shetty has a diverse engineering background with experience in design and development across multiple companies. Starting as a Design Engineer at HOERBIGER from October 2014 to June 2016, Akshay worked on the development of sheet metal stamping tools for automotive components. Following this, a role as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at SuperMaxWorld was undertaken from August 2018 to August 2021. Akshay served as a Design Engineer at International Industrial Springs (IIS) from July 2016 to July 2018, progressing to a Senior Tool Design Engineer before joining HCL Technologies as a Lead Engineer from August 2021 to April 2024. Currently, Akshay is contributing as an R&D Engineer at Baxter International Inc., beginning in April 2024. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering, completed in 2013.
